Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of multiple SaaS implementation projects . The role involves managing collaboration between Data Engineers, BI Consultants, and client teams to implement our new ScanmarQED cloud-based data platform for key global clients. This position requires strong project management expertise, technical understanding, and excellent communication skills to ensure project success within scope, timeline, and budget.   

Project Planning & Execution:

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for SaaS implementation.  

• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with client objectives.    

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication of goals, progress, and challenges.  

• Collaborate with technical teams (Data Engineers, BI Consultants) and client stakeholders to align expectations and outcomes. 

Team Coordination

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones on time.  

• Foster collaboration and ensure alignment between technical and non-technical team members.  

Risk & Issue Management

• Proactively identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.  

• Address challenges promptly to maintain project momentum.  

Progress Monitoring & Reporting

• Track and report on project progress, including performance metrics, risks, and timelines.  

• Use project management tools to maintain transparency and ensure accountability.   

Skills and Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.   

• 5+ years of experience managing SaaS or software implementation projects, particularly those involving multiple stakeholders.   

• Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).   

• Basic understanding of data engineering, BI tools, and ETL processes.   

• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).   

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and client relationships.   

• Tools: Proficiency in project management software and collaboration platforms 

• Strong command of English language
