As a Scanmar BI Consultant, you will work for large, international companies. In the design stage, you assess the customers' need for information and their KPIs. In the building stage, you support the technical realization of the information systems; technical skills are therefore of importance. During the implementation stage, you develop dashboards and train the customer how to use them effectively. You will be supported (both on the job and in a specific training program) by more experienced Scanmar Consultants and work closely together in various project teams.
There is a lot of attention to developing technical skills. You have the opportunity to develop broader skills, or to specialize. This means you will also be trained on the job in project management and client communication. Quality and service are core values for Scanmar.
