BI Project Manager
As a BI Project Manager, you will work with large, international companies and act as a sparring partner for them to create the state of the art insights and solutions. You’ll be responsible for defining, implementing and delivering solutions, working with a team of BI consultants. You’ll provide coaching and guidance to team members and be hands-on yourself in defining and creating the solution.
As a senior member of the team, you’ll also be involved in the overall management of the team – resource planning, project and service delivery to clients, guiding and coaching of junior members.
What will you be doing:
- Work with clients to understand and advise on their business challenges in the field of marketing, revenue management and brand health management
- Translate their business challenges to a design including data needs, data processing, and reporting needs
- Work with the team to build the solution and create client dashboards using ScanmarQED’s proprietary technology
- Deliver to the client, arrange training and support
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Economics/Administration, Marketing Analytics, Information Management or a comparable study
- 5+ years of relevant experience of which 2-3 years of senior client/advisory and business experience
- Industry knowledge of revenue growth and/or marketing intelligence solutions
- Affinity with data and software. Coding (Python) or data/database (SQL) skills are a plus.
- Experience with BI tooling
- Good project management skills
- Good command of the English language, Dutch is a plus
- Well-developed communication and social skills
- Problem-solving skills / abstract thinking (transforming a single problem into a generic solution)
- Customer-oriented
- A can-do mentality: an enthusiastic self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Not easily stressed
