About the role:
As a Client Success Manager, you will be the primary contact for our research agency clients, working closely with them to turn their problems and opportunities into innovative solutions and projects. You will be responsible for client satisfaction, retention, and identifying upsell opportunities. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments, including sales, product and marketing, to ensure the highest level of service and product quality.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong, personal relationships with clients.

Solve client issues promptly and effectively.

Oversee the monthly data management and reporting services

Provide insights to the clients by creating dashboards

Expand our solutions at the client side including training and workshops

Identify and act on business development opportunities.

Support new business sales
What we're looking for:

Excellent relational skills and a client-oriented mindset.

Affinity with data, analytics and insights, preferably within a marketing research environment

Pragmatic, execution-focused, and problem-solving abilities.

Eager to learn new tools and AI technologies.

A Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of client advisory and business experience.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities simultaneously, ensuring both customer satisfaction and efficient internal operations.
