Data Support Specialist 24-30 hours a week | NL Office

 

 

About the job:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Data Support Specialist to join our team in Houten and help us serve and grow a range of clients in different industries. Your primary focus will be on data management, as well as client services and support. You will be key to the process that provides clients with accurate and up-to-date data. You’ll serve as the first point of contact, manage the data loading process, and ensure our clients are well-informed and satisfied. If you have an eye for detail, enjoy spotting errors, and have a problem-solving mindset, we are looking for you!

What will you be doing:

  • Perform manual procedures to load and process the client’s marketing intelligence data

  • Proactively check automated jobs and services that are running for the client to ensure a smooth and correct process

  • Be responsible for classification of data

  • After validation of data, migrate it to the live environment and deliver to the client

  • Communicate with clients regarding data (timing of delivery, discussing changes, discussing outliers)

  • Communicate with third party data vendors in case of data discrepancies or missed deliveries

  • First point of contact for clients when they have questions with regards to the data they see

  • First point of contact for client support tickets

What you'll need:

  • A vocational education background (equivalent to Dutch MBO level)

  • Experience with Excel

  • Affinity with PowerBI is a plus

  • Affinity with data handling

  • Have an eye for detail, be proactive, and organized

  • Be able to work independently and take responsibility

  • Good command of the English language, Dutch language is a plus

  • Availability for 24-30 hours a week, ideally divided over 4-5 days
