Prior to his current role at ScanmarQED, Marcel held key leadership positions at Nielsen and Pointlogic, where he demonstrated his strong strategic planning skills and deep understanding of the marketing industry.

Based in Houten, Han plays a key role in shaping the company's overall strategy and driving its growth.

Prior to his current role, Han has held various leadership positions, including Partner and Managing Director EMEA & Global Clients at Accenture, Managing Director North EMEA at Media Audits, and Managing Director Europe at PMG.

With his extensive expertise in buy and build strategy, M&A, and strategic transformation, Han has played a pivotal role in the success of these organizations.

With an unwavering drive to merge cutting-edge technology with real-world business challenges, Marieke is committed to delivering value and fostering motivated high-performing teams.

Prior to her current position, Marieke held senior positions at Nielsen and Pointlogic, where she spearheaded the development and implementation of impactful data science solutions and products.

Based in Chicago, Brian leads the ScanmarQED operation in North America.

Having cultivated a solid background in analytics during his tenure at Nielsen and further refining his expertise at leading companies like Kraft and PepsiCo, Brian has emerged as a genuine authority in the realm of data-driven strategic planning.

General Manager UK

Based in London, Phil leads the UK business at ScanmarQED.

With a strong background in marketing analytics and business strategy, Phil is responsible for delivering a range of software and services including MMM and MTA. Prior to this, Phil held senior roles at Nielsen and Pointlogic, where he specialized in business analytics for the marketing industry.

General Manager Mainland Europe

Based in Houten, Tessa leads the ScanmarQED operation in Mainland Europe.

Passionate about innovation, Tessa combines her expertise in relationships and market insights to drive impactful solutions. She has a proven track record of working with industry leaders, providing valuable insights, and helping them navigate the fast-paced digital landscape.

Pavel Sima

SVP Global MTA

Based in Prague, Pavel leads the global MTA operation at ScanmarQED.

Pavel Sima brings a wealth of experience to the ScanmarQED team as a seasoned marketing professional, successful entrepreneur, and accomplished author. His journey with ScanmarQED began with the acquisition of Roivenue, a prominent player in the MTA industry that Pavel founded and led as CEO.

With a strong passion for innovation and a relentless pursuit of excellence, Pavel's expertise has been recognized by Forbes and he has been featured in a variety of media outlets, including Business Insider.

Group HR Director

Located in Houten, Elvira leads the dynamic Global HR division at ScanmarQED.

With a strong focus on people's satisfaction, Elvira is dedicated to developing and securing a positive company culture through the recruitment and development of staff. 

Before joining ScanmarQED, Elvira held senior roles at  Nielsen and Pointlogic. Elvira's proven ability to effectively lead and inspire teams, coupled with her unwavering dedication to fostering a positive work environment, makes her an invaluable asset to the ScanmarQED leadership team.

Raymond van Bijnen

Group Chief Financial Officer

Raymond is the Group CFO at ScanmarQED. Based in Houten, he excels in applying technology to optimize the finance function.   

Prior to ScanmarQED, Raymond played a pivotal role at Pointlogic, later acquired by Nielsen.  

At Nielsen he oversaw financial controlling, consolidation, and reporting across the Benelux and Nordics region (including the European Headquarters in The Netherlands). Adding Raymond to our leadership team allows us to bring SanmarQED to a higher level in our financial success and strategic growth.

Director Data Engineering

Based in Houten, Raymond is responsible for our Data Engineering division at ScanmarQED.

With close to 20 years of experience and a passion for structuring marketing data and turning it into clear and actionable insights. Raymond is guiding our data engineers’ who love finding new ways to make data work better for everyone. Whether it's setting up smooth data pipelines or designing databases that can handle anything thrown at them, they're all about finding solutions that make life easier for our clients.

Raymond works closely with our clients to ensure seamless integration into existing IT infrastructures resulting in analytics that are always operational, providing marketers with real-time insights to fuel their strategies.
